It was such a relief to find Jonathon because, in my panic about bed bugs, I’d been fleeced by a very unprofessional company prior to engaging his services. Jonathon took plenty of time to sit and talk things through, do an investigation, and then take what seemed like the most sensible next steps to deal with the issue. I knew he’d be on hand to come back and keep on being available until we were bug free. All sorted now. He told me about what his accreditation with the BPCA represents… I wish I’d spent more time researching companies at the outset… I’d have saved myself a lot of money and a lot of angst!
